I will document your work and send you video of it. If you would give me your model I will add it to a master protest layar which will combine all the protesters into one large protest. It’s fine to make your own protest on your own layar or channel [I want to link to your work].

In 2004 there were 11.1 Million websites requesting legal reform, & I went to great lengths to try to get it to be part of the 2004 & 2008 presidential debates, to no avail. There have been official judicial conferences about it, presidential task forces, books written, etc. & some legislation passed, but essentially nothing changes. About 2 years ago an Illinois newspaper said, “We import lawsuits, export jobs,” & the Florida Sentinel reported ~ 1/10 of their small businesses go out of business due to legal excess. Atty. Philip K. Howard wrote in book (~ 2009), “The Death of Common Sense,” that ~ 30% of health care costs are caused by legal system- actual suits or defensive practices. He also said it adds costs to education, individuals in suit (& you must answer if someone sues you), and families. One site reported that divorce-related issues form the biggest % of all civil suits, impoverishing either entire families or one spouse relative to other, & the way cases drag on for years & years (all types of cases) surely can’t help kids. Hourly billing for suits quickly mounts to thousands, & details for time are often not fully verifiable. A study from 1996-2006 of just the federal judges in all 50 states found that for the 843 fed. judges in 29 states & thousands of complaints, NONE got sanctioned, CA sanctioned one, & no states reported credible #s. Judges have near absolute immunity & discretion to ignore many laws. A Brooklyn, NY judge just struck out that both parents are required to sign for minor’s passport, & ignored fact that one parent had criminal finding re kids, threatened to not return with them, etc., etc. An award-winning documentary NoWayOutButOne soon to be released reports about a mother & kids who over 10 yrs ago got asylum in the Netherlands FROM the U.S. due to our abusive courts. You can bet the case is very well documented, as are thousands of cases re legal abuse here, NO MATTER THE TOPIC!
MANY years ago it was reported that we litigated 10X more per person than England. In 1821 Thomas Jefferson said, “The germ of the destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary.” The reason given was lack of checks & balances. He soon also said, “The only remedy is to inform the public discretion.” Well, it’s been ~200 years, and everything is interrelated & the power of compounding is alive & well. All contracts are legal documents, so that has been used to aid/abet outrageous compensation! ETC!!!! I believe the Thomas Jefferson’s “germ” is a cancer which is about to metastasize & we ignore at our peril . Can we lead this way? Can we survive this way? Occupy Wall Street represents an enormous groundswell of public discontent with how our country is operating. Doesn’t it appear that our legal system has an increasing stranglehold on all our lives? Can YOU be influential in helping legal reform become part of the OWS platform across the country?
